Artist Bio
Sherry has been sewing since she was a child and learned from her late grandma, who is still her inspiration. Her grandma's artwork motivated her to continue learning this type of art. Sherry uses beads, embroidery, and traditional materials like hides and furs in her artwork. She has family members who create art but she learned most from her grandma. She enjoys making slippers because it reminds her of her grandma. She does her creating at home. She loves how her finished work turns out and putting it together is the excitement. Sherry creates all her artwork by hand, and that is the uniqueness of her work.
