Kristine has been in the fur garment industry for over thirty years, beginning her career in Inuvik, NWT and ran her own cozy shop "Just Furs" in Old Town, Yellowknife for many years selling beautiful hats, mitts, scarves and accessories.

Kristine's father, Fred Sorenson, trapped on the banks of the Mackenzie River and passed down to Kristine the love of fur and its sustainability.
