The Fireweed Studio is located in Somba K'e Park next to city hall and only open during the summer months (select hours). The Fireweed Studio is the perfect spot to pick up a unique piece of pottery or fibre art piece.
Frozen Rock Studio has upwards of eight artists, focusing in different mediums, from different cultural backgrounds. Come an experience a real carving studio and see art being made first-hand.

Yellowknife Glass Recyclers was formed in 1994 to find a way to transform unwanted bottles into useful glassware. After several years of experimentation, we have arrived at a method of creating drinking glasses, vases, candleholders and other assorted glassware. Each piece is handcrafted and decorated with northern designs.
The Quilted Raven opened in 2011 and is a quilting shop specializing in fabric, supplies and notions. We feature local Northern patterns as well including Ptarmi Patterns and Seriously Northern Quilting Patterns.

The Yellowknife Guild of Arts and Crafts conducts workshops and classes through the year. It also holds Christmas and Spring sales at the Guilds Building (113 Kam Lake Road) and the summer sales at the Fireweed Studio (in Somba K’e Park, 4807 52 St).
