Artist Bio
I was born and raised in the north, and have been a resident of Fort Smith for over 20 years. I have always had a passion for the arts, and I have explored many different mediums. Recently I discovered a love and deep passion for pottery. This art grounds and centers me, and fills my cup like nothing else. It's also taught me how to detach from things - because many, many pieces never even make it off of the wheel.
I am launching my ceramics business, Krystal Brown Ceramics, in the Spring of 2025. I will sell some of my creations and offer introductory pottery classes in collaboration with the local Maker's Space, located at the Aurora College Campus in Fort Smith. If you're ever in Fort Smith, or live here, perhaps I'll see you on the wheels sometime!
