Fabric is my medium of choice and I have been using it in various ways since my early teenage years.  After some years of creating and teaching batik methods I have moved on to hand dyeing fabric.  Mainly now I use commercial and hand dyed fabrics to create quilted wall hangings and other items.  I currently teach beginner to advanced classes in quilting by machine and hand through The Quilted Raven store in Yellowknife and have taught in Inuvik and B.C.   I also have a range of northern patterns featuring ravens and ptarmigans on quilts and table runners.
