Artist Story
I am originally from Inuvik, NT. I am a proud Gwich'in & Inuvialuit woman. I've lived across the Northwest Territories, Yukon, Alberta & British Columbia. I've met many people within the schools I've attended. Through the schools & communities I've been apart of, would explain my sociable & welcoming personality.
There was always a creative side that I have loved to express in myself. In September of 2025, myself & a friend were taught how to bead - brick stitch style. At first, I thought it was confusing... but slowly really loved it! Beading lets me rewind after a long working day. Always exciting to see the finished product when you're designing them.
Artist Bio
I am a beading artist who enjoys the challenge of creating fun, new designs. Every pair is crafted with love, precision, & no limits. Bright colours are what I enjoy incorporating into each pair. Right now, I do the brick-stitch technique with delica beads. I have a Facebook & Instagram page called Dominique Sarah Collective.
