Amaamaga Unthreaded Craft store is small specialty retail store in Fort Smith, Northwest Territories (NWT) born to empower local artists and hobbyist to stay grounded in cultural roots through the showcasing of their creative traditional outlets. The founder, Ruth Modeste, was inspired to launch Amaamaga Unthreaded Craft store through her own journey of using creative outlets to connect to her Inuvialuit roots and the sudden realization that these creative mediums can help facilitate others with their own cultural revitalization journeys.
