Mike Lee is a cinematographer who has a long history with storytelling, adventure and filmmaking. Combining all of these traits, tencolours was born to elicit emotive storytelling through real human connection.
The name 'tencolours' is based upon a traditional Japanese proverb, '十人十色' which translates literally to 'ten people, ten colours'. In it's simplest form, it means that everyone has their own story. Each person lives and experiences their own story, and no two people will ever experience the same story. Everyone is different, everyone unique.
tencolours specializes mostly in adventure filmmaking, documentary storytelling and biopic features.
