Francine Kotchea
Artist Bio:
Passed on by her grandmother, to her parents then to her, Francine has been carrying on the family tradition of beading and making birch bark baskets for the past 14 years. A big accomplishment for her was attending the 2004 Great Northern Arts Festival.
